The program covers several key areas, including mass and professional sports, infrastructure development, training of personnel, as well as digitalization and support for national sports. The main goal is to create an accessible and effective system capable of improving the health of the population and enhancing the competitiveness of Kyrgyz athletes on the international stage.

Currently, only 15% of the country's residents engage in sports regularly.

The plan aims to increase this figure to 30% by expanding access to sports sections, school leagues, student competitions, and events for the elderly. Each year, more than 3,000 mass events aimed at promoting physical activity will be held in the republic.

One of the important components of the program will be the development of infrastructure. The document mentions the construction of accessible sports centers in rural areas, the creation of accessible sports grounds and tracks, as well as the construction of modular sports complexes. The government also plans to conduct an inventory of sports facilities across the country to address the lack of infrastructure, especially in rural areas.

The program also includes the training of sports doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, coaches, and referees.

As part of the plan, the educational training system will be modernized, the state order for coaches will be increased, and regional centers for sports medicine will be established.

Particular attention will be paid to high-performance sports: plans include the construction of training bases, improving the preparation of reserve teams, and expanding the participation of national teams in international competitions.

National sports, such as kok-boru and Kyrgyz wrestling games, will also be supported, and development centers for them will be established in each district.

Digitalization will be one of the key elements of the reform. A national digital platform for e-sport is planned to be created, which will consolidate data on athletes, coaches, competitions, and sports facilities. This will allow for the automation of government services and simplify the monitoring and evaluation of results.

All state and municipal bodies involved in the implementation of the program will report on the progress of the action plan twice a year.
