Lavrov noted that currently some sources are discussing a certain document consisting of 20 points; however, it has not been officially or unofficially presented to the Russian side. "The content of this document has partially appeared in the media," the minister added in an interview with the "Empathy Manuchi" project.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized that based on the previously reached agreements between Presidents Putin and Trump, which took place in Alaska, it is possible to quickly agree on a new settlement plan. However, according to Sergey Lavrov, this document has undergone several changes.
Initially, the peace plan for Ukraine consisted of 28 points, but it was later reduced to 20. U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff claimed that work on the agreement is close to completion, at 90%. Nevertheless, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky pointed out that the issue of territorial disputes remains unresolved.
