In his speech, Omuraliyev emphasized that the Middle Corridor has become a crucial route connecting East and West. It contributes to improving the resilience, diversification, and environmental safety of global supply chains, building on the legacy of the Silk Road.

The round table gathered high-profile representatives from international organizations, transport ministries of the member countries of the OTG, as well as representatives from financial institutions and businesses. Participants discussed issues related to eliminating bottlenecks, enhancing the efficiency of border control, digitizing transport processes, and strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors.

The Secretary-General expressed gratitude to the leadership of the OSCE, the speakers, and all participants for their active discussion, noting that the OTG will continue to work on strengthening connectivity and simplifying trade procedures as key areas of regional cooperation and sustainable development.
