The akim spoke about his experience working in various fields, including banking, international organizations, and the mining industry. He noted that this knowledge has contributed to significant changes in his activities. "We managed to increase the budget of the aiyl okmotu from 2 million soms to 90 million soms. This allowed us to receive the nomination for 'Best Aiyl Okmotu' in the republic," Sherbaev noted.
As an example of successful work, the akim cited his previous experience as the first deputy akim of the Ala-Buka district in the Jalal-Abad region, where he dealt with issues of increasing the financial independence of aiyl okmotus, freeing them from dependence on state subsidies.
Thanks to this work, two aiyl okmotus were able to emerge from a subsidized state, and local infrastructure significantly improved. Currently, there are no subsidized aiyl okmotus left in the Ala-Buka district.
Sherbaev emphasized that all achievements are not just words, but proven practical experience that will be used for the development of the At-Bashinsky district. "Our district has always held leading positions in the country, and we will not only maintain this level but will also make every effort to ensure socio-economic growth," he added.
