
From 2021 to 2025, Kyrgyzstan actively worked on improving its infrastructure. As a result, according to the Ministry of Finance, 173 billion 596.1 million soms were invested in the economy in the form of state investments.
These funds allowed for the completion of numerous projects in areas such as energy, transportation, agriculture, and social services.
Development of Transportation Infrastructure
Within the transportation sector, 47 billion 771.4 million soms were allocated. During this period, the following initiatives were implemented in the country:

Investments in the energy sector amounted to 38 billion 402.3 million soms, which allowed for the following results:

23 billion 165.7 million soms were directed towards water supply projects.

In the healthcare sector, 6 billion 597.1 million soms were invested, which allowed for:

16 billion 878.3 million soms were invested in agriculture and irrigation.
According to representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the investments made during the period from 2021 to 2025 have created a solid foundation for sustainable and long-term development, significantly improving the quality of life for citizens in all corners of the country.
- An important point is that, according to the results of last year, the increase in investment volumes in fixed capital compared to 2024 was 18.1 percent, which led to a 9 percent growth in domestic sources of financing, while foreign investments increased by 3.8 percent. The total volume of investments for the year reached 283 billion 246.1 million soms.
