The First Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Chuy Region, Sanjar Zhantaev, presented a report on February 18 at a board meeting dedicated to the socio-economic development of the region. In his speech, he highlighted the implementation of the instruction from the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, which was issued on December 18, 2025, under number 14-13633. This order concerns the interaction of government agencies and information systems at the points of accounting for goods imported from the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.

According to Zhantaev, land plots totaling 3 hectares have been allocated in the Panfilov District, located near the Chaldybar checkpoint. Six of these plots have already been transferred to the State Property Management Fund. He also noted that on November 20, 2025, the Panfilov District State Administration sent an official request to the State Tax Service regarding the acceptance of the specified lands.

In the Alamudun District, plots of 5.2 hectares have been prepared near the Ak-Zhol checkpoint. The work on the formation of these lands has been completed at the branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, and the relevant documents have been submitted for verification to the district administration.

In the Issyk-Ata District, a 5-hectare plot located in the Kochkorbaev Aiyl Aimak has been provided to the State Tax Service for temporary use for the purpose of constructing warehouses. Another plot of the same size in the Ak-Kuduk Aiyl Aimak is under consideration by the State Agency for Land Resources.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers' order No. 1180-t, work is underway in the Sokuluk District to restore the operation of the "Tömönkü-Chüy - highway" checkpoint, and a road is being constructed from the village of Frunze to this checkpoint. To simplify the process of land exchanges and accounting for unregistered lands, an interdepartmental commission has been established. Together with the branch of the State Agency and the Tömönkü-Chüy Aiyl Aimak, a verification of private property areas has taken place.

Zhantaev reported that the total area of land subject to exchange is 22.83 hectares, while the area of unregistered agricultural plots is 10.23 hectares. The lands will be distributed according to the wishes of their owners, and plots without owners will be placed on the balance of the Aiyl Aimak.
