Wholesale meat sales will now be conducted in the "Chuygun" pavilion
As reported by the Ministry of Agriculture, the wholesale meat market has moved from the Osh market to the "Altyn-Taka" trade complex located in Maevka.
This decision was made as a result of a special government decree of Kyrgyzstan and is aimed at ensuring compliance with veterinary and phytosanitary standards, as well as providing the population with quality meat products.
The "Chuygun" pavilion, where meat sales will now take place, occupies 800 square meters. According to the organizers, it fully meets sanitary and hygienic requirements. The new pavilion includes an office, a veterinary laboratory, a quarantine storage area, and a refrigeration chamber of 90 square meters, as well as other service premises.
