In the 2024-2025 academic year, the level of education at this school has noticeably declined, and, as parents claim, this is related to the lack of staff, which is not dependent on the actions of teachers or administration. "Right now, even the class supervisors are absent," they note.
This academic year, we have changed the class supervisor three times.According to parents, for more than six months, children have not been receiving knowledge in Russian, English, as well as chemistry and biology.
"Children are losing important knowledge and falling behind the curriculum, putting them at a disadvantage compared to students from other schools. This is unfair to them, as they are not responsible for the management issues," they emphasize.
Parents blame the Ministry of Education.
"Teachers working under conditions of staff shortages should not be held responsible for this. The Ministry should provide schools with qualified specialists and monitor the quality of education to avoid prolonged absences of lessons in core subjects. We have a reasonable question: who will be responsible for the lost knowledge and educational time of our children?" they express their dissatisfaction.
Parents demand:
- an immediate solution to the teacher shortage at school No. 65;
- the restoration of full teaching of all subjects;
- a public response from the Ministry of Education.
The department explained that the principal of school No. 65 has been on sick leave since January 20, and the appeal will be considered after her return to work. "The responsibility for staff selection lies with the principal," the agency added.
The Ministry of Education also promised to look into the situation regarding the staff shortage.
