Despite the positive feedback, Ulan Bakasov expressed dissatisfaction with the report. He asked about the number of Kyrgyz citizens registered with the consulate and the amount of assistance provided, but Koshonov was unable to provide accurate data. In response, Bakasov read information from the report and pointed out the impossibility for the consul general to give these figures.
The deputy also inquired about Koshonov's proficiency in the Kyrgyz language. The consul general confirmed his knowledge. Additionally, Bakasov asked what requests citizens most frequently make. Koshonov reported that the main issues are legal problems and assistance in obtaining documents, adding that it was easier for him to respond in Russian.
After that, Bakasov addressed Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev. He emphasized that the consul general must speak Kyrgyz fluently, as many citizens, like himself, came from rural areas. "How do you communicate with them?" he asked.
The minister replied that every diplomat should be proficient in the Kyrgyz language, although some urban diplomats do indeed face language difficulties. However, he noted that since the opening of the general consulate, the situation for Kyrgyz citizens in Antalya has significantly improved, and many issues, such as problems with "cargo 200" and labor rights, are now resolved on the spot.
The deputy continued to ask questions but remained dissatisfied with the answers he received.
