During an inspection of the municipal enterprise "Bishkekteploset," Mayor Aibek Junushaliev noted the number of accidents that occurred on the heating networks during the heating season. According to the enterprise, 63 incidents were recorded during the autumn-winter period.
According to the data from the mayor's office press service, there were 87 accidents in 2023-2024 and 73 in 2024-2025. Although the numbers have decreased, the issue of infrastructure wear and tear remains relevant.

The mayor also visited pumping station No. 1, where he was shown the results of work aimed at improving the reliability of heat supply, as well as sections of the heating networks that have been in operation since 1985 and need replacement.
We need to modernize many pipes, and we are gradually working on this. It is impossible to update everything at once, so the work is being done in stages.

The mayor added that work is also being carried out to repair and replace the most worn-out sections simultaneously.
In addition, Junushaliev familiarized himself with the capital renovation of the enterprise's dispatch service and the operation of the ZULU GIS information system, which contains passport data on Bishkek's heating networks. This system allows for real-time monitoring of the network's condition, prompt response to emergencies, and tracking the movement of specialized equipment using GPS trackers.

Following his inspection, Aibek Junushaliev positively assessed the work of "Bishkekteploset," emphasizing the importance of further modernization of the heating networks to reduce the number of accidents.
