According to information from the city administration, as part of the social contract provided for in the city budget for 2025, both women were awarded certificates worth 100,000 soms each:
— M. Mamyrkanova, a mother of many children and holder of the "Baatyr Ene" status, received funds for developing a livestock business;
— K. Sekretina, a single mother, will receive funding to launch a sewing production, including the purchase of a sewing machine.
The city administration noted that these certificates are aimed at supporting self-employment and improving the financial situation of families, as well as developing sources of income.
The social contract was initiated in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 15, 2022, No. 385 "On Providing Social Assistance Based on a Social Contract," the decision of the Shopokov City Council dated January 29, 2025, No. 27, and the protocol of the social commission of the city of Shopokov dated December 10, 2025, No. 14/A.
This initiative is aimed at helping low-income families in difficult life circumstances and, as emphasized, will continue in the future.
