According to information provided by the administration, the objects demolished were located in the residential areas of Ak-Ordo and Orok, which were constructed between 2021 and the end of 2025.
In addition, two illegal structures in contour No. 67 were dismantled, which were situated on the lands of the State Fund, as well as permanent fences built on five plots of land in contour No. 516 of MTU No. 109.
The demolition work was temporarily halted as the owners of the illegally constructed residential buildings provided written commitments to dismantle their structures by January 31.
The Lenin District Administration noted that the owners of the illegally constructed residential houses and foundations in MTU No. 106, No. 107, and No. 109 had already received notifications multiple times regarding the need for voluntary demolition and restoration of the land plots to their original state, and they had also been provided with explanatory work.
