In the Moscow District, the CCO 08-04 serves citizens through the "Tündük" app

The Public Service Center 08-04 in the Moscow district of the Chui region, recognized as the best institution of 2025, provides services to citizens through the "Tündük" application.

This was reported by Yrysmat Tashtanov, the head of the Center.

The PSC is located in the village of Belovodskoye, which is the administrative center of the district.

“Our Public Service Center has a total of 11 employees. Currently, with the help of the "Tündük" application and the electronic queue, we serve between 250 to 400 citizens daily. This application significantly simplifies the waiting and service process. For example, citizens can obtain a passport, a birth certificate, and other services without leaving their homes. Additionally, the use of the electronic queue helps reduce waiting time in the hall,” concluded Tashtanov.

The percentage of citizen registrations through the application is about 10%, as noted by specialist Amina Isakova.

“Users are starting to get accustomed to the registration system and note that it is very convenient,” she added.

The District Public Service Center 08-04 has been located in part of the building of the open joint-stock company "Kyrgyz Post" for many years and continues its work.
