The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and TSARKA launched a project against financial fraud

A joint project aimed at protecting citizens from financial fraud was officially presented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and TSARKA (Center for Cybersecurity Development and Digital Innovations) of Kyrgyzstan. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As part of this project, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the parties.

The initiative is based on international experience that has proven effective in countries such as Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. The main element of the project is the "visual pause": models of police officers will be placed near ATMs to reduce the psychological pressure from fraudsters and give citizens the opportunity to stop, rethink the situation, and make an informed choice.

Research shows that such measures can reduce instances of financial crimes by 40%. Within the framework of this initiative, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and TSARKA aim to provide preventive protection for the financial security of the population.
