According to the city hall, during the inspection, it was established that the bus depot had previously been privatized and subsequently transferred to private ownership. In this regard, the relevant services have been instructed to clarify the legal status of the facility and take measures to transfer the bus depot to the municipal balance.
Additionally, the task has been set to tidy up the channel of the Kayirma Canal, as well as to carry out sanitary pruning of trees that have grown in a chaotic manner.
During the on-site inspection, the issue of land plot ownership was also discussed.
According to preliminary data, the facility may be listed on the balance of the State Property Management Fund and classified as base No. 2909. Representatives of the cadastral authorities have been instructed to promptly prepare the necessary documentation.
Special attention was given to the scrapped equipment located on the territory of the bus depot. The question of its disposal is being considered, including through selling it for scrap metal.
The municipality informed that the plot is located in the central part of the city and is of significant importance for the development of urban infrastructure. In the future, the area is planned to be used for the placement of municipal facilities related to the transportation sector.
According to preliminary estimates, the total area of the plots may be about 5 hectares, and their estimated value when converted to the national currency could reach approximately 2 billion soms.
The relevant structures have been instructed to clarify the documentation for the plots as soon as possible and take appropriate measures.
