According to him, "I received my license 40 years ago and have significant driving experience. When the need for license replacement was announced, I started preparing the documents. I had to stand in line for three days to get one certificate 083. After that, I went to the eastern department of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing and, after waiting in line, found out that I could not replace my license due to the lack of a permanent registration," he shared.
The man also noted that for the last 15 years he has been renting an apartment and has no close relatives with whom he could register.
He added, "I don't even have a temporary place for registration. When I received my passport, I contacted an acquaintance and immediately deregistered. Now I don't know how to change my old license, which will soon become invalid."
I work as a driver, and if I don't solve this problem, I won't be able to pay for my apartment rent. The issue of lacking registration raises concerns for the man about losing his license.
"This is a vicious circle created by the authorities for people like me. Most people have their own apartments and relatives, but there are also those like me. What are we supposed to do? My children are abroad, and I have no one here," he added.
Representatives of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing under the Presidential Administration have not yet provided a response to Kaktus.media regarding what to do for people without registration.
