Azamat Osmonov, who is the authorized representative of the president in the Chui region, voiced an initiative to identify closed and non-operating enterprises in the region with the aim of attracting reliable investors to them.
He noted that currently there is an excess of intermediaries and so-called "investors" in the investment sector, which creates significant difficulties in decision-making and slows down the implementation of projects on the ground. As a result, many promising facilities remain without the necessary investments and development.
To address this issue, a system is planned to be developed in the Chui region that will ensure direct interaction between investors and local authorities, including the regional, district, and village administrations. Osmonov emphasized that this approach will help reduce administrative barriers, increase transparency in processes, and accelerate the launch of investment projects.
“Investors should work directly with local authorities, eliminating unnecessary intermediaries. This will simplify procedures and bring real benefits to the region's economy,” added the representative.
