- Deputy Bekmurza Ergeshov will represent the Jogorku Kenesh in the Council.
Also approved were the candidacies proposed by the president and the People's Kurultai:
- Ulukbek Chynybaev — representative nominated by the president;
- Almaz Aydarov — candidate from the People's Kurultai.
The Council for Justice Affairs includes the following members:
- Kasymaliev Mukambet Shadykanovich — judge of the Constitutional Court;
- Asanova Nurgul Moldobekovna — judge of the Supreme Court;
- Arstanbaeva Dilara Erkinovna — judge of the Supreme Court;
- Moldakunov Aibek Karybekovich — judge of the Supreme Court;
- Bariktabasova Elmira Bekturganovna — judge of the Bishkek City Court;
- Chotonov Sanjar Beyshenkulovich — judge of the Sverdlov District Court of Bishkek;
- Ryskulova Aizhan Ryspekovna — judge of the Lenin District Court of Bishkek;
- Kadyrova Gulnaz Kubanychbekovna — judge of the Uzgen District Court of Osh Region, nominated by the Council of Judges;
- Karimov Akiykat Bakkazovich — representative of the legal community.
The Council is formed with consideration of gender balance, according to which no more than 70% of its members can be of one gender, and includes:
8 judges elected by the Council of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic;
1 representative appointed by the president;
1 deputy elected by the Jogorku Kenesh;
1 representative approved by the People's Kurultai;
1 representative of the legal community elected by the Jogorku Kenesh.
The representative from the People's Kurultai is elected in accordance with the Regulations of this body.
Candidates from the legal community must be nominated by the statutory bodies of associations of lawyers, who have at least 5 years of practical experience at the time of the announcement of the nomination of candidates for the Council.
