He noted: "None of the branches of power are intended for political games or pressure. Engaging in such games only leads to chaos and conflicts, undermining the trust of the people. In the past, political ambitions often interfered with the normal functioning of government bodies, hindering development and destroying institutions. We have seen how decisions were made not in the interests of citizens, but for the benefit of narrow groups, which slowed down the country's progress. Today, each of us must realize that mistakes are unacceptable," the president stated.
Japarov added that every official is obliged to perform their duties with full dedication.
“Receiving a salary and the trust of the state, it is necessary to work conscientiously, without compromising one's conscience. It is this approach that will allow the authorities to become a true instrument of development. There should be no place for nepotism in the appointment to government positions, such as 'nephew, relative, or acquaintance.' For such violations, one will have to bear responsibility, even if you are a good leader,” he emphasized.
The president also noted the need to create a new, open, and effective management system in Kyrgyzstan.
“Clear fulfillment of duties by everyone will eliminate chaos, corruption, and bureaucratic pressure. Only under such conditions can we achieve the set goals, strengthen trust in the state, and ensure sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan,” Japarov concluded.
