At the hearing on January 13, 2026, his detention was extended until March 14, 2026.

The court also confirmed that the case against Saipidinov is being heard in the Kara-Suu district court.
His charges include "Creating an organized group or participating in it" (with a prison term of 5 to 8 years and confiscation of property) and "Corruption committed in the interests of an organized group" (punishment - from 12 to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold certain positions).
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, starting from 2014, Saipidinov, along with other officials of the Savai rural administration and private individuals, illegally transferred important land plots into private hands, causing significant damage to the state.
It is worth noting that on August 7, 2025, Saipidinov was brought to Bishkek from Russia, where he was detained in Novosibirsk. He posted a video on social media claiming that his detention is related to the actions of Rayimbek Matraimov, the former deputy head of the customs service, who was convicted of corruption. Saipidinov claims that he is aware of facts concerning the cases of Aiyrken Saymaiti and journalist Ulan Egizbaev, and suggests that Matraimov is trying to prevent their disclosure.
Furthermore, Saipidinov stated that he faced threats and knife attacks in Dubai. He appealed to the head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, requesting personal oversight of his case and expressed his willingness to cooperate with the investigation.
