Tashmama Nurdinova, a resident of the village of Okhna in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region, is a person with a disability of the II group, but this has not prevented her from starting her own business.

In her home, she produces cosmetic and household products using beeswax, egg yolk, and other natural ingredients. Under the brand "Okhna ECO," Tashmama creates various products, including creams, ointments, soaps, shampoos, and lipsticks. "I am 41 years old, and I have a degree in history. I worked in a school for eight years, and my students often won prizes at competitions. But then I faced type II diabetes, which I have been suffering from for about ten years. This led to my disability, and I decided to look for new opportunities to earn money," she says.

After acquiring the necessary knowledge through courses and registering with the district tax office, Tashmama started her business. Currently, she produces face creams for different skin types, cold remedies, and other products. Although her sales level is still average, the revenue is used to purchase raw materials. "I sell the cream 'Keremet Mai,' which consists of heated cottonseed oil, beeswax, and egg yolk. 40 grams of this cream costs 100 soms, while I buy the wax for 150 soms per 100 grams. I also use citric acid, sea buckthorn oil, and essential oils in other products," Tashmama adds.
Tashmama has been in this business for almost a year. She notes that she has not received a single negative review from customers, who, on the contrary, leave only positive comments. "The products have not yet undergone laboratory testing, but doctors buy and use them, emphasizing the safety and benefits of my products," she shares.
