Jamila Eshperova, a 25-year-old resident of the village of Eshperovo located in the Ton district, creates unique paintings.

In an interview with a Turmush correspondent, she shared that she was born on August 24, 2000, in Bishkek, but considers Eshperovo, where her father is from, her home.

Jamila graduated from the Kyrgyz State Law Academy in 2022 with a degree in law. Currently, she does not have a permanent job, as she got married and became a mother after her studies.

“Since childhood, I have been passionate about drawing. I constantly engaged in it at school, and my parents supported me by buying the necessary materials and praising my successes. I studied various artistic techniques, read books, and searched for information on the internet, practicing a lot. I started with a simple pencil, then moved on to watercolor. In the 7th and 8th grades, I began working with oil paints and later mastered pastel. I also tried acrylic and created artistic works on clothing and dishes,” she said.

Jamila has always been drawn to animal art and has taken orders for animal drawings several times. “People often ask why I chose a legal career instead of art,” she noted.

She also added that the cost of her works varies depending on size and complexity and is discussed individually with each client.

“At the moment, I am on maternity leave and taking care of household chores. Recently, for fun, I created a social media page where I started sharing my drawings. When my children grow up, I plan to return to legal work, but if my page becomes popular and orders start coming in, that would be wonderful, as I always strive for creativity,” she shared.

Currently, Jamila has a three-year-old daughter and is expecting the arrival of her second daughter at the end of the month.
