
During the meeting, the results of the sports season were summarized, and the achievements of athletes in technical sports were highlighted. Awards in the form of cups, diplomas, and commemorative prizes were given to the best racers representing enduro, gymkhana, and other disciplines of auto-motorsports in various age categories.
The Union of Sports Federations of the Kyrgyz Republic plays an important role in uniting national federations and coordinating the development of sports in the country. The President of the Union, Askar Salymbekov, emphasized that sports contribute to strengthening public unity and forming values among the youth. He noted that the achievements of athletes instill pride in the people and inspire the younger generation to strive for high results.
The Secretary General of the Union, Kuvvatbek Askarbekov, pointed out the need for systematic support for the development of technical sports, the creation of modern infrastructure, and active interaction between federations. He also added that recognizing the achievements of athletes and providing them with comfortable conditions for growth contributes to the popularization of auto-motorsports among the youth.
As part of the event, racing prototypes for adults and young athletes were presented, as well as racing simulators, where everyone could try their hand at being a racer and feel the control of a sports car.
Participants of the meeting discussed plans for further development of technical sports, attracting youth, and compiled a calendar of national competitions for the next season. It was emphasized that strengthening cooperation between federations would contribute to the growth of auto-motorsports and enhance the competitiveness of Kyrgyz athletes on the international stage.
The event took place in a warm and businesslike atmosphere, serving as an excellent platform for summarizing the season, exchanging experiences, and strengthening sports cooperation in the country.
In addition, the first award ceremony of Sport Shamy 2025 was held in Bishkek, where the best sports journalists of Kyrgyzstan were named. The winners in five nominations received cash prizes, and the competition is aimed at supporting and developing sports journalism in the country.
