During his speech, Trump emphasized that "the region is ceasing to be a center of radicalism and terrorism." He added that countries such as Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the UAE, Morocco, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, and Kuwait have collectively allocated over $7 billion for this initiative.

Additionally, the United States plans to contribute $10 billion to the "Council of Peace." Trump also announced the allocation of $2 billion from the UN to support Gaza and $75 million from FIFA for the development of football projects in the region. Japan, in turn, is organizing a fundraising effort involving other countries such as South Korea, the Philippines, and Singapore.

According to Bloomberg, the U.S. is urging countries wishing to gain permanent representation in the international "Council of Peace" for Gaza to contribute at least $1 billion.

As reported by The Guardian, a proposal was prepared for the summit to build a military base for 5,000 personnel in Gaza to house International Stabilization Forces (ISF). Representatives of a small group of international construction companies with experience in combat conditions have already visited the proposed site for the base.

Trump also noted that Indonesia, Morocco, Albania, Kosovo, and Kazakhstan "have expressed their readiness to send their troops and police to stabilize the situation in Gaza."
