According to him, land contracts are most often signed for one year; however, if necessary, an extension for up to three years is possible.
“The commission usually issues a plot for one year, as the situation with the installation of devices remains uncertain. If necessary, the contract period can be extended up to three years,” Ismailov clarified.
In addition, he added that entrepreneurs are responsible for the maintenance of charging stations: “The responsibility for the condition of their facility lies with the entrepreneurs themselves. External control over land use is carried out by the land use control department. In case of violations, a notification is issued, and a protocol of the offense is drawn up.”
Ismailov also noted that the owners of charging stations are required to improve the adjacent territory and install appropriate signs to designate stopping areas and mark the boundaries of their plots.
