The directorate also shared information about projects related to the reconstruction and development of sanatorium-resort facilities, financed both from the Workers' Health Fund and from internal sources.
For example, the "Ysyk-Ata" sanatorium was completely restored after major repairs, which cost 500 million soms.
The sanatorium is now fully equipped with modern medical equipment.The children's health center "Ulan," which cost half a billion soms to build, has become the only one in the country where sports and therapeutic methods are applied. The technical opening of the center took place on September 6.
Also, in the "Köğültür Ysyk-Köl" sanatorium, the reception area and entrance zone were updated, new asphalt was laid, and a modern lighting system was installed. Five floors of the first building were completely renovated and equipped with the latest technology and furniture. Sports grounds and children's play areas also underwent complete reconstruction, new equipment and exercise machines were installed, and two football fields were put into operation.
In addition, in the "Jalal-Abad" sanatorium, the construction of a new building for 40 places (luxury class rooms) and six A-frame houses was completed in 2024.
In 2025, a large outdoor pool and a children's pool were built, the pavilion for extracting and receiving mineral water was updated, and two more A-frame houses with small pools were erected. In some areas, the old asphalt was dismantled and replaced with new covering. Work is underway to update the infrastructure and improve the territory. Since October, construction and re-planning work has begun to bring the 3rd building in line with modern standards.
In the "Jetі-Ögüz" sanatorium, reconstruction is currently underway for 500 million soms. Block "A" of the main building, with an area of 2,400 sq. m, has already been fully reconstructed, with a readiness level of 95%. The complete completion of the work and the commissioning of the sanatorium are planned for 2026.
Similar repair and construction work is also being carried out in the "Arstanbap" and "Arstanbap-Ata" boarding houses, as reported by the directorate.
