This decision was made in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated November 21, 2025, No. 1015-t.
The Bishkek City Hall is obliged to take the necessary measures arising from this resolution in the established manner. It is also necessary to register the relevant document and send it to the Ministry of Justice for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts.
The oversight of the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the relevant commission of the Bishkek City Council, which deals with issues of municipal property, land affairs, urban planning, and architecture, as well as to the mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev.
