The area of this land plot is 0.1154 hectares. This decision was made to optimize the use of existing real estate properties.
The Bishkek City Hall is instructed to take the necessary actions to implement this resolution. The document must be registered and sent to the Ministry of Justice for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts.
The responsibility for monitoring the implementation of the resolution is assigned to the relevant commission of the Bishkek City Council, which deals with issues of municipal property, land affairs, urban planning, and architecture, as well as to the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev.
