Ruslanbek Kenjaliev, an entrepreneur from Talas, has created an eco-friendly protein from beans, known as "the nutrition of nomads," thanks to six years of research and practical experience. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources and Agriculture.
According to the press service, this product is characterized by high nutritional value, is easily digestible, and is suitable for all age groups—from children to the elderly. Currently, production is about 1.5 tons per month and is entirely based on manual labor; however, there is significant demand exceeding supply.
Kenjaliev noted that bean protein is especially beneficial for diabetics, athletes, and supporters of a healthy lifestyle.
Bean protein helps lower blood sugar levels, promotes detoxification, and increases energy. The Ministry of Defense has expressed interest in this product and is conducting preliminary negotiations regarding its possible use in the nutrition of military personnel.
To increase production volumes, the businessman plans to build a new workshop that will meet HACCP standards. In his opinion, this will help protect local farmers from sharp fluctuations in bean prices and open new opportunities for export. The launch of the new workshop could increase production to 20 tons per month, creating a stable market for farmers.
