Psychologists working at the center are available for assistance around the clock. They take calls, listen attentively to people, provide consultations, and record all inquiries, directing information to the relevant authorities depending on the situation. All conversations are carefully documented.

During the 11 months of 2025, the center registered 67,429 calls. Of these, 2,777 people sought consultation or assistance: 1,170 (42.1%) of them were children, and 1,607 (57.9%) were adults. As a result, 1,977 consultations were provided, 574 individuals received psychological help, and 226 cases were referred to the appropriate state institutions for further action.
According to data on gender and age: 438 calls were made by men (15.8%), 1,169 by women (42%), 324 by boys (11.7%), and 846 by girls (30.5%).

The main task of the center's work is to provide timely assistance to both children and adults who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, as well as to prevent potential threats to their psychological and social well-being.
