"The ban on the export of live cattle did not lead to a sharp increase in meat prices, — Ministry of Agriculture"
The ban on the export of live cattle, implemented in Kyrgyzstan, has not led to a significant increase in meat prices. This was reported on the radio by Uran Chekirbaev, head of the food security department of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry. Chekirbaev noted that this ban, which was implemented in August of last year, played an important role in curbing the sharp rise in meat product prices in the domestic market.
