According to the amendments, the annex to the resolution regarding the staffing levels of employees in scientific organizations now looks as follows:

Note.
Establish the following ratios:
- in the distribution of staffing levels of scientific and scientific-technical organizations: administrative and managerial staff - no more than 10%, main staff - at least 75%, junior and technical support staff - no more than 15%;
- in the apparatus of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic: administrative and managerial staff - no more than 17%, main staff - at least 53%, junior and technical support staff - no more than 30%;
- in the Botanical Garden named after E. Gareev: administrative and managerial staff - no more than 5%, main staff - at least 65%, junior and technical support staff - no more than 30%.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to:
- provide additional funds in the republican budget for 2026 for increasing the number of employees in the field of science;
- make the necessary amendments to the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the Planning Period of 2027-2028'" in connection with this resolution.
The resolution comes into force upon its official publication.
