The delivery took place at the Center for General Medical Practice in the Kadamjai district and was the third for Shamsheva. Initially, the newborn's condition was assessed as serious; however, both mother and baby are now doing well. Doctor Diana Akhmatova shared that they expected the baby's weight to be around 4.5 kilograms, but he exceeded those expectations. The labor was short, and although there were some difficulties at the beginning, thanks to the assistance of medical staff, the baby's condition improved, and he was moved to a ward.
Interestingly, Kanykey herself was born 31 years ago weighing 5 kg 500 grams and was named Kanykey at that time. In honor of this significant event, the family decided to name their son Manas. Kanykey said: “In 1995, we celebrated the 1000th anniversary of Manas. My father, a well-known ulakchy, participated in these events. When I was born, I was named Kanykey, and it was said that if I had a son, he would be named Manas. Now my father has given our son his name. We chose this name in honor of the baatyr, hoping that he will grow up to be a strong and worthy person, ready to serve his people.”
It is worth noting that Kanykey's previous two sons were also born with a large weight.
