According to a representative of the school, in Soviet times, 800-900 children studied here, while currently their number has decreased to 351. The institution employs 79 teachers, and the total area is 600 square meters.
The municipality noted that the music school is located at: 315 Alymbek Datka Street. In 1997, its area was 1385 square meters.
In 1998, the territorial administration of the State Property Fund for the Osh region sold 212 square meters on the first floor of the building to a citizen named Zamira Mamyranova, after which this part was transferred to private ownership.
In 2000, the city administration also allocated another 306 square meters of land to a private owner.
On this plot is a building rented by JSC "Eurasian Savings Bank." During the visit, the mayor entered the bank's branch to find out who receives the rent and learned that the owner is Zamira Mamyranova.
Mayor Zhenishbek Toktorbaev instructed to analyze the documents and prepare the necessary materials for legal proceedings. "We lack educational institutions for children, and here on one side is a store, and on the other is a bank. Tomorrow we must meet with the owner and discuss the situation," he emphasized.
Additionally, the city administration leadership visited one of the classrooms, where a student named Shirina was promised a gift in the form of a new komuz.
