According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, the new meat direction at the Osh market is now located in the "Chuygun" pavilion on the territory of "Altyn-Taka". They also reported that trading at this facility is already actively underway.
The operational start of the pavilion is scheduled for 03:00.
One of the main advantages of the new site is the ability to purchase meat directly from producers, without intermediaries.The statement mentions that the "Chuygun Meat Pavilion" meets all veterinary and sanitary standards. A modern veterinary laboratory, quarantine facilities for meat, and cold storage rooms, as well as other necessary service areas, have been established here.
The press service added that the entire process—from bringing livestock to the market to slaughter and subsequent sale of meat—is monitored by veterinary specialists.
In addition, a special area has been created in the new pavilion for selling meat at competitive prices.
