"Тunduk" remains one of the most popular apps in Kyrgyzstan

The head of the customer support department of OJSC "Tunduk," Aizirek Mamadalieva, reported that citizens' inquiries from all corners of Kyrgyzstan are being carefully reviewed by government agencies. Each inquiry receives due attention, regardless of the region.

According to Mamadalieva, the "Tunduk" application is actively functioning throughout the country, providing equal access for both residents of the capital and those in the regions. Currently, its audience exceeds 3 million users.

She also emphasized the uniqueness of "Tunduk" as a digital service that significantly contributes to digitalization in Kyrgyzstan. The application offers over 194 different services, of which 20 relate to legally significant documentary services. The company is constantly working on improving service quality and expanding the range of services.

In 2025, more than 20 new services were added to "Tunduk," which are currently undergoing implementation stages. Mamadalieva noted that the popularity of the application continues to grow, providing citizens with the opportunity to obtain documents, certificates, and register for electronic queues for appointments at clinics.

Among the popular online services offered through the application are the replacement of driver's licenses, registration of vehicle sale and purchase transactions, payment of fines, and issuance of insurance policies.

An important aspect of "Tunduk's" operations is the protection of users' personal data. Mamadalieva emphasized the presence of a specialized information protection department that ensures reliable protection of digital documents. Authentication in the system is implemented using modern and secure algorithms. To date, no cases of data leakage have been registered.
