According to the data provided, the Chui Regional Court reviewed 2,150 cases last year, of which 848 judicial acts were appealed. Of these, 73.82 percent remained unchanged.
In his speech, Satiev emphasized that over the past year, more than 42,000 cases were considered in the courts of the Chui region, with the stability level of judicial decisions fluctuating between 60 and 70 percent. A high percentage of decisions remaining unchanged was recorded in the Chui Regional Court, as well as in the Tokmok and Jayil District Courts. At the same time, the lowest indicators were noted in the Sokuluk and Panfilov Districts, where for some judges the stability level reached only 25 percent, raising concerns about the quality of judicial acts in these courts.

“The recent incident in the Administrative Court of the Osh region should serve as an important lesson for everyone. Paying salaries to non-existent individuals constitutes a crime against the state budget and can lead to criminal liability. Additionally, on February 14, the senior secretary of the civil cases panel of the Chui Regional Court, A.Zh., was detained in one of the shopping centers in Bishkek on suspicion of fraud. The judicial system needs to be cleansed of corrupt elements. We must not allow such cases,” noted Mederbek Satiev.
In conclusion of the meeting, the chairman emphasized that only true professionals devoted to their work and country should work in the judicial system. Despite staffing challenges, the courts must retain true patriots for whom serving the law is a conscious choice.
