She emphasized that the priority should be the prevention of conflicts rather than their resolution after they occur. "It is necessary to understand the roots of the problem and find out why it arises. The first question always concerns the family. We often forget about its role. Parents must take responsibility for their children's behavior until they reach adulthood. Upbringing should guide children to ensure they do not harm other members of society," noted Baktygul Jumakulova.
According to her, teenagers sometimes commit offenses without realizing it. It is important to determine what may provoke such actions.
"I appreciate the work of teachers and the way they illuminate our path, but some of them can also make mistakes in communicating with children. We live in a new era, and modern children do not accept aggression. This needs to be understood. Many of them are victims of complex family situations themselves. If a teenager behaves aggressively, it may be a result of problems at home or violence they are experiencing. A conflict with a teacher can be the result of accumulated emotions," she added.
Jumakulova also noted that after such incidents, investigative actions are taken and materials are submitted to the court; however, this is not enough. "The work must be comprehensive and encompass both the school and the family. Teenagers are more likely to listen to their peers than to adults. Therefore, it is necessary to find authoritative students in each school who can positively influence others," concluded the expert.
It is worth noting that on February 16, a conflict occurred between a student and a teacher at school No. 83, which ended with the use of physical force. As a result, a criminal case was initiated.
