The meeting brought together participants from various fields: members of the working group, representatives of the secretariat of the National Council for the Development of Virtual Assets and Blockchain Technologies, the Association of Virtual Asset Market Participants, and universities.
During the discussion, participants reviewed the "roadmap" developed based on the previous three meetings, as well as a list of new specialties that are planned to be opened in areas including blockchain technologies, cryptography, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Special attention was given to the professional development of the teaching staff.
Proposals on this issue were received from the Kyrgyz National University, Osh State University, Kyrgyz State Technical University, and Kyrgyz Economic University, as well as the Academy of Public Administration.
The initiatives were formulated within the framework of three key areas:
- training specialists with relevant education;
- upgrading the qualifications of teachers;
- integrating new disciplines into the curricula of higher educational institutions.
These measures are aimed at strengthening the human resource potential of the country, accelerating digital transformation, and preparing highly qualified specialists in the field of modern technologies.
