This information was reported by the chairman of the Osh Regional Court, Erlan Asanov, at a meeting held on February 27 with the participation of Mederbek Satyiev, the chairman of the Supreme Court.
Asanov noted that out of the total number of cases, 42,422 were examined, which is a significant increase compared to 2024, when 39,734 cases were submitted to the courts. Thus, this year the number of cases increased by 6,136.
Mederbek Satyiev emphasized that the effectiveness of justice directly depends on the professional skills of judges, their responsibility, and their ability to consistently apply the legislation.
During the meeting, it was also reported that city and district courts issued 86 private rulings to eliminate violations in various institutions and enterprises.
In addition, the participants of the meeting were tasked with developing plans for the digitalization of the judicial system and conducting court sessions in a live broadcast format. At the end of the event, judges who achieved high results were recognized, and the need to disseminate their best practices in other judicial instances was raised.
