Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaev provided the head of the Cabinet with information about the progress of the project.
“The project is characterized by a high speed of construction. The main frame of the building was assembled in just four working days (excluding foundation work). This was made possible by the use of 24 large factory-made concrete blocks, which significantly reduced construction time. The modular system was developed with seismic requirements in mind, ensuring the reliability of the structure. The methodology used allows for the rapid and high-quality construction of state facilities,” the statement noted.

Construction is taking place on Bokonbaeva Street using industrial modular technology with large concrete blocks.
“The total area of the building is 797.86 square meters. Construction work began on November 28, 2025, and completion is expected in May 2026. Currently, interior finishing work is underway,” the Ministry of Construction added.
