According to law enforcement agencies, a citizen named M.T. approached the First May District Internal Affairs Department to report a theft. On March 14, around 1:00 PM, near a store in the residential area "Kolmo," a Samsung A17 mobile phone and 200,000 soms were stolen from his unlocked Honda Accord. After that, the criminals fled in a Hyundai Sonata.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 (theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational-search activities, officers of the criminal investigation department were able to identify and detain the suspects. They are citizens B.K. (born in 2000), N.R. (1996), and E.A. (1991), all of whom have had previous legal issues and are registered as pickpockets. They were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
A citizen named N.S. was also identified, who worked in one of the shopping centers and was involved in buying stolen mobile phones. Nine mobile phones of various models, presumably obtained through criminal means, were seized from him.
According to law enforcement agencies, the criminals used a rented car to move around the city, tracking victims and committing thefts from unlocked cars.
The investigation confirmed their involvement in at least ten similar crimes, and operational activities are ongoing.
Law enforcement agencies urged citizens to be vigilant, not to leave their cars unlocked, and not to leave valuable items unattended. In case of crimes, they should call 102.
