The Crew Dragon spacecraft, which carried the participants of the Crew-11 mission, successfully landed in the Pacific Ocean, near San Diego, on the night of January 15, according to NASA's report.

The crew included NASA astronauts Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke, Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Platonov, and JAXA astronaut Kimiya Yui. They spent 165 days on the International Space Station.

The completion of the Crew-11 mission marked the first time in NASA's history that a return was organized early due to medical issues of one of the participants, whose identity has not been disclosed.

Health problems became known on January 8, which led to the cancellation of a planned spacewalk aboard the ISS.

Currently, Russian cosmonauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov, who is now the station commander, and Sergey Mikaev, along with NASA astronaut Christopher Williams, remain on the International Space Station. The next Crew-12 mission is expected to arrive at the station in mid-February.
