The country also plans to allocate more than 500 educational grants to Palestinian students

At the inaugural meeting of the Council of Peace in Washington, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced the country's readiness to provide humanitarian assistance aimed at ensuring food security both in Gaza and beyond.

According to Tokayev, the Council of Peace must adapt to new conditions by strengthening multilateral efforts. He emphasized that Kazakhstan is ready to participate in the process of rebuilding and stabilizing Gaza.

The President noted that Kazakhstan is interested in collaborating with reputable and competent international companies. This cooperation may include the construction of necessary facilities such as infrastructure, housing, schools, and hospitals.

“As one of the leading global producers of wheat, we are ready to offer humanitarian assistance for food security not only in Gaza but also beyond its borders. Kazakhstan also plans to provide more than 500 grants for Palestinian students who will be able to study at our universities over the next five years,” he stated.

Tokayev added that Kazakhstan is ready to share its internationally recognized experience in e-government and other digital solutions.

Additionally, he announced the intention to send medical units with field hospitals and observers to support the International Stabilization Forces in the Civil-Military Coordination Center.
