This event was attended by permanent representatives from countries such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan at the UN and other international organizations in Geneva, as well as the Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council.
Omuraliev emphasized the importance of the Organization's efforts to strengthen interaction among its members. He noted that the visit to Geneva and the meeting of customs leaders contribute to the development of transport and trade connections.
The meeting discussed issues related to enhancing coordination of actions among diplomatic missions, as well as ways to increase the representation and recognition of the Turkic Council on the international stage. Participants also highlighted the need to expand cooperation with international organizations and other entities located in Geneva.
The permanent representatives expressed their readiness to strengthen solidarity and joint actions of Turkic states to promote the agenda of the Turkic Council at the multilateral level, as well as to support the Organization's initiatives in Geneva.
