The charges against Nicolás Maduro include conspiracy to commit drug terrorism, cocaine importation, as well as possession of machine guns and explosives. He is also accused of conspiracy to store these dangerous items against the United States.
Pam Bondi noted: “Soon they will answer before American justice in courts on U.S. territory.”
It is worth reminding that in 2020, Maduro already faced charges of drug terrorism from the U.S. Attorney General. For this crime, American law provides for a penalty of up to life imprisonment.
