A new automated system has started functioning at the Bishkek Emergency Medical Center, significantly improving the process of receiving and processing calls. This was reported by the chief physician of the institution, Iskender Shayahemtov.

According to Shayahemtov, this system provides complete support for the patient from the moment the call is received. Each request is recorded in the database and tracked until it is fulfilled. Additionally, patients can use a personal account where they can review the history of their requests.

Interestingly, when the emergency response team approaches the call location within about 500 meters, the system automatically records this event and sends a notification to the patient.

"All calls are registered and stored in the system. If a request cannot be fulfilled, it cannot be closed in the daily report. Thus, automation helps control the work of medical teams and increases the level of transparency in the service," added the chief physician.
