In Kyrgyzstan, the quality of medical education for students from Pakistan was discussed

On February 27, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, attended by Deputy Minister Temirbek Erkinov and the Ambassador of Pakistan to Kyrgyzstan, Altamash Wazir Khan.

During the discussion, the parties addressed key aspects of cooperation in the fields of health and medical education. Special attention was given to improving the quality of medical education for Pakistani students studying in Kyrgyz medical institutions.

The parties noted the need to strengthen academic ties, enhance educational standards, and expand practical training for students.

They also discussed opportunities for developing direct cooperation between medical universities and hospitals in both countries, including the exchange of experiences between teachers and doctors, as well as organizing joint scientific events.

As a result of the meeting, mutual interest was expressed in further strengthening bilateral cooperation in medical education and healthcare.
