She also explained the conditions of the Loan and Grant Agreements, noting that the activities under these agreements are of a similar nature.
Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Industry Zhanibek Kerimaliev, who represented the draft law, noted that the "Phase 1" project consists of three key components: combating zoonotic infections, preventing antimicrobial resistance, and ensuring food safety. The total funding amount is $31.79 million (of which $30 million is a 50-year loan at 0% interest with a 10-year grace period, and $1.79 million is a grant).
