Transportation — 47,771.4 million soms
As part of the urban transport upgrade, 124 buses powered by compressed natural gas (CNG) and 120 electric buses were purchased, along with the installation of 85 charging stations.
Important road projects have been completed, including the alternative North-South route and sections of Bishkek–Osh, as well as the opening of the international route Tyup–Kegen.
Energy — 38,402.3 million soms
A 500 kV power transmission line "Datka" was built, stretching 329.63 km with 897 supports and 281 transformers, as well as 10 transformers of 35 kV.
500.1 thousand "smart" meters have been implemented, and the replacement of two hydro units at the hydropower plant has increased capacity by 120 MW.
Work has been carried out to lay 719.5 km of lines for Oshelectro, Issyk-Kul, and Naryn PES, with 117,352 metering devices installed.
Water Supply — 23,165.7 million soms
796 villages gained access to drinking water, with work completed in 76 of them, providing water supply for 174 thousand people; work continues in 258 villages.
The construction of wastewater treatment facilities in Karakol is at the final stage.
Healthcare — 6,597.1 million soms
The opening of the National Perinatal Center, as well as equipping 10 PCR laboratories, purchasing ambulances, and medical equipment for hospitals in the regions.
Agriculture and Irrigation — 16,878.3 million soms
Artificial insemination of 17.7 thousand cows, resulting in approximately 10 thousand heads of offspring, the purchase of 11,000 heads of livestock, and support provided to 7,378 farmers totaling 934.6 million soms.
Modernization of 12,162 hectares of irrigated land, construction of 17.981 km of main and 29.717 km of intra-farm canals, installation of new hydroposts and equipment.
